摘要: PURPOSE The objective of this study was to investigate interexaminer reliability in the clinical measurement L*C*h* (lightness/value, chroma, hue) values anterior teeth using a spectrophotometer (Vita Easyshade). MATERIALS AND METHODS basic color maxillary right central incisors and canines 23 subjects spectrophotometrically determined by 4 clinicians an experienced user (development manager) spectrophotometer. Also, analyze effect different training with instrument on reliability, 2 were instructed use examiner, whereas others themselves studying operating manual. RESULTS Agreement between all examiners acceptable excellent (intraclass coefficient > 0.4). mean value measured differences for L* 5 (for C* = 3.8, h* 2.7 degrees) canines, 4.5 (C* 3, 1.6 degrees). Results from comparison methods inconsistent. examiner ranged not self-instructed examiners) excellent. CONCLUSION distribution measurements 1 subject could lead deviations color, probably impact. For at least equally reproducible (in some cases significantly more reproducible) compared incisors. Because small number inconsistent results, it possible reach definite conclusion about reliability.
