摘要: Cancer stem cells have recently been described in several high-grade neoplasms. It is still unclear if they also occur cutaneous malignancies. are not identical with somatic cells. The presence of tumour a neoplasm does itself equal that the derives from cell. A cell originally lacking characteristics could acquire those features during course carcinogenesis and then becomes clonal founder tumour. Basal carcinoma (BCC) most common malignancy. plethora various markers has applied to study its cellular origin. Intriguingly, anatomical origin BCC uncertain. This review will discuss used this tumour, touches briefly on possibility cancer BCC. If or other skin cancers harbour cells, these be specifically targeted, making use specific surface molecules such as receptor proteins. Novel drugs directed against proteins replace currently available shotgun approaches including imiquimod.
