摘要: Coronary revascularization, comprising coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery and percutaneous intervention (PCI), is among the most common major medical procedures provided by US health care system, with more than 1 million performed annually [1, 2]. Several innovations in such as drug-eluting stents, minimally invasive CABG surgery, “off-pump” have been adopted widely past decade, promise of improved clinical outcomes compared older revascularization technologies techniques [3, 4]. However, advent PCI increased efficacy therapy, a constant decrease number has steadily observed USA. Nonetheless, results recent SYNTAX trial indicated that remains better choice for patients previously untreated three-vessel or left main disease [5, 6, 7].
