摘要: This paper summarizes the experimental results and plasma delivery strategy developed in Orleans for evaluation of antitumor action dielectric barrier discharge gun cancer treatment. Detailed analysis biological effects following non thermal application both vitro vivo experiments reveals role ROS, DNA damage induction, cell cycle modification apoptosis induction. Recent characterization splitting ­mixing different capillary geometries, using gun, together with preliminary tolerance study dealing lung colon treatment indicate that endoscopic may be a new valuable therapy cancerology.
