摘要: The pH- and temperature-dependent fluorescence behaviour in aqueous solution of three amino-β-cyclodextrins (amino-β-CDx), 1, 2 3, bearing an amide-linked naphthalene probe has been investigated. emission intensity at λmax(em) 1 decreased dramatically with increasing temperature. pH-dependent spectrum was also recorded. Operation the in–out equilibrium mainly analyzed using 1H NMR circular dichroism spectra. application to organic-guest sensing is demonstrated by several examples. These findings suggest that new host molecule, will be excellent CDx-based fluorescent sensor for temperature, pH neutral organic guests.
