摘要: Abstract Background Mumps is still an important public health issue in the world with several recent outbreaks. The seasonable distribution of disease suggested that meteorological factors may influence incidence mumps. aim this study was to explore possible association between and mumps, provide scientific evidence relevant authorities for control prevention. Methods We obtained data mumps cases daily Fujian Province Eastern China over period 2005–2013. Using distributed lag non-linear model (DLNM) approach, we assessed relationship incidence. Results effects on were all non-linear. Compared lowest risk values, upper level precipitation, atmospheric pressure relative humidity could increase whereas low wind velocity, temperature, diurnal temperature range sunshine duration also risk. Moderate velocity had larger cumulative within 30 lag days risks 10.02 (95%CI: 2.47–40.71) 12.45 1.40–110.78). For effect minimum higher than from maximum most populations. males, children aged 10–14 students those other Conclusions Meteorological factors, especially should be taken into consideration prevention warning epidemic. Special attention paid vulnerable populations, such as teenagers young adults.
