摘要: The effect of In2O3 on grain connectivity and superconducting properties Bi-2212 was investigated. Indium intentionally doped the Sr-site BSCCO at doping levels from x = 0 to x = 0.8. Accessing Sr lattice site in provides useful control possible indium its behavior microstructural properties. Results show that superconductivity persists even high concentration (x = 0.8). However, secondary phases form x ≥ 0.4 affecting normal resistivity, magnetic susceptibility response transition temperature BSCCO. Formation weakens diamagnetic intergrain coupling. An apparent increase formation micron-sized grains is related increased sinterability with doping. enhanced possibility synthesizing thin films reduced thermal heat treatment.
