摘要: Measurements with coherent scattering of electromagnetic waves in plasmas the National Spherical Torus Experiment indicate existence turbulent fluctuations range wave numbers k{sub perpendicular}{rho}{sub e}=0.1-0.4, corresponding to a turbulence scale length nearly equal collisionless skin depth. Experimental observations and agreement numerical results from linear gyrokinetic stability code support conjecture that observed is driven by electron-temperature gradient.
