摘要: Previous research has shown that multiskilling strategies can increase productivity, quality, and continuity of work also help mitigate craft shortages through better utilization the existing workforce. Using extensive certification skills data, writers apply correlation cluster analyses to identify actual patterns among workers using two separate data sources. The results analysis indicate current aggregate into four groups: civil, mechanical, electrical, general support.
