摘要: Background Varicocele is a rare disorder in children that can lead to testicular atrophy and infertility; therefore, radical treatment frequently required. Whatever chosen, postoperative complications are fairly common (hydrocele, recurrence, persistence, atrophy). Laparoscopic varicocelectomy (the laparoscopic Palomo procedure) one of the surgical options has recently gained popularity. The aim this study assess safety effectiveness by describing series patients operated on during 9 year period at Royal Hospital for Sick Children Edinburgh.
