摘要: ABSTRACT Background Dentistry is faced with a population that getting older and keeping more of its natural teeth. Smiles show physical esthetic signs aging. Advances in the area cosmetic dentistry now offer dental profession new opportunities conservative restorative procedures have potential to reverse aging, thereby making patients appear younger. Case Description The attributes an aged dentition are identifiable. Tooth wear over time alters appearance teeth smile way perceptible dentists laypeople. Bonding adhesive ceramic reversing manifestations aging process for Specific diagnostic tools, including composite resin mock-up construction incisal putty matrix, allow previsualization possible treatment outcomes clinicians resolve occlusal as well concerns before initiating actual treatment.
