摘要: Listeria monocytogenes is a facultative intracellular Gram-positive pathogen, which has been considered as prototype for intracytoplasmically growing parasites. spp. have implicated in severe infections both human and animals, are particularly newborns immunocompromised individuals. This microorganism also used model the study of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I-restricted immune responses. Recent studies highlight potential this an antigen delivery system where MHC class-I restricted responses required.
