摘要: Water quality and trophic conditions in the Feitsui Reservoir, a subtropical reservoir, were evaluated with data from ten-year base to depict impacts of river impoundment upon chemical biological characteristics discuss effects flushing rate on in-lake phosphorus concentrations phytoplankton growth. The results investigation showed that during incipient impounding period, water Reservoir was significantly affected by internal loadings submerged vegetation soil flooded area. Studies changes compounds indicated total concentration appeared approach equilibrium after seventh year orthophosphate stabilized sixth impoundment. Concentrations both forms varied seasonally attaining stability. Nitrogen (NH 3 -N, NO -N 2 -N) approached within three years seasonal variation carbon correlated number phytoplankton. mean value N:P mass ratio has remained over 110 since seven (1990), indicating constitutes potential limiting nutrient growth rapid (132.11 110.43 yr -1 ) first second stages critical factor influencing response available nutrients.
