摘要: Traditional human capital theory emphasizes a worker's investment in knowledge. However, when worker is faced with day-to-day problems on the job, solutions to often require more knowledge from team of experts within firm. When taps into experts, develops his "connective capital." Firms that value problem solving highly will develop resource management practices support environment sharing Data steel industry displays these concepts. For seven large mills, we gather data communications networks steelworkers. The shows are exceedingly diverse across and mills have teamwork much dense high-volume links among workers. That is, workers team-orientated higher levels personal connective used for problem-solving.
