摘要: In inspection of materials, noncontact generation and detection ultrasound using laser techniques has a growing interest. Before these in practical tasks, some problems have to be overcome. To obtain maximum sensitivity for the defects, control beam direction focusing generated is major importance. For this purpose fiber-optic phase array technique was developed. Some optical are compared, especially at diffusely reflecting surfaces. A system based on use confocal Fabry-Perot interferometer best suited task. With addition multimode fiber as flexible sensing lead, can carried out from remote location scanned facilitated.
