摘要: A new nebulizer called NanoAerosol Generator (NAG) by Kanomax FMT, Inc. was evaluated experimentally in their performance aerosolizing sub-100 nm particles and sub-10 protein molecules which cannot be aerosolized with conventional compressed-air jet nebulizers due to the interference a number of residue particles. For challenge particles, 29 nm-polystyrene latex (PSL) bovine serum albumin (BSA) were used as test materials, respectively. both aerosolization NAG successful clear separation between peak residual size distribution spectra. The distributions nm-PSL compared an electrospray aerosol generator (EAG) liquid samples same particle concentration. EAG showed clearer PSL from peak; on other hand, height taller for factor 6 than EAG, indicated generation airborne suspension/solution concentration more efficient EAG.
