摘要: Noble metal nanoparticles (NPs) encapsulated in zeolites bearing distinct shape-selective properties at molecular level expand their new applications catalysis. Here we report a synthesis strategy for the encapsulation of Pd NPs inside FER zeolite via layer reassembling process. precursors were introduced by swelling layers RUB-36 through surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium cations (CTA+) and then an ion-exchange process ambient temperature. Pd@FER was formed with uniform diameter distribution about 1.4 nm during topotactic transformation from layered to 3-dimensional followed calcination. The as-prepared catalyst exhibits hydrogenation reactions. It has relatively lower activity 1-hexene almost no 1-phenyl-1-cyclohexene compared Pd/RUB-37 prepared wet impregnation due restrictions channels zeolite. On contrary, shows very high benzaldehyde low diphenylmethanone hydrogenation, while both diphenylmethanone. This may be extended other noble metals or two-dimensional systems size-selective
