摘要: Aim To assess fetal behavior in all three trimesters of normal pregnancy and to investigate the continuation from neonatal period. Methods One hundred out 130 pregnantwomen trimesterswith singleton were assigned for investigation. All recordings performed morning, after two hours fasting. Video newborns made while bed, separated other infants nursery, dressed, lying on their backs a supine positionwith unrestrained hands. Recording was not during prolonged episodes fussing crying, drowsiness, hiccupping. observed facial expressions movement patterns presented collectively with maximum, minimum, median frequencies 30-minute observation Results We noted tendency towards decreased frequency andmovement increasing gestational age. In first trimester, we highest incidence general movements ranging between 5 147, andwith amedian value 47. second number head handmovements gradually, comparedwith trimester. The range registered retroflexion pattern, 15 42 25. most frequent pattern trimesterwas sucking (3 30 per infantwith 9). Wilcoxon rank-sum test showed statistically significant differences fetuses third trimester (P<0.05) hand head, mouth, eye, earmovement), tongue expulsion, smiling, whereas rest movementswere significant. Spearman rank order correlation reached statistical significance isolated eye blinking, grimacing, face, earmovement, Conclusion Fetal behavioral directly reflect developmental maturational processes central nervous system. 4D early periodmay add better understanding neurological development fetus.
