摘要: Photosystem I (PSI), the final complex of photosynthetic electron transport chain, is composed at least 15 protein subunits. PSI accumulation tightly regulated with approximately constant amounts being present under all environ- mental and developmental conditions. Only about one-third subunits encoded in plastid genome, other two-thirds are nucleus-encoded, made cytosol post-translationally imported into chloroplast.
