摘要: This study evaluated the effect of sulfuric acid aerosol exposure for 2 consecutive days on seven human biochemical blood parameters. A total 20 subjects were exposed to 100 micrograms/m3 (0.033 microM) (0.5 microns mean mass diameter) 4 hr/day days. 17 hr ambient air both The chemical parameters measured pre- and post-exposure, after second exposure: serum glutathione, red cell glutathione reductase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, lysozyme, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, vitamin E, 2, 3-diphosphoglycerate. results indicate no significant response in any measured. At this level, repeated did not over-burden upper airway defenses against aerosol.
