摘要: Articular cartilage (AC) is a load bearing material that provides low friction wear resistant interface in synovial joints. Naturally-occurring and stimulated intrinsic repair of damaged AC challenging [1]. Thus, there need to guide the formation tissue specific size mechanical properties for repair. Previous studies [2,3] with immature have shown culture medium containing TGF-β1 results enhanced integrity while IGF-1 diminished integrity.
