摘要: 1. In Part I of the paper details are presented a new technique for study oxygen availability to bacteria added soil. essentials consists adding washed suspension bacterial cells together with excess suitable oxidizable substrate air dried, sieved soil contained in Warburg vessels. The rate uptake is looked upon as function aeration conditions within results can be expressed by means conventional figure called factor (or A.F.). 2. II use it has been shown that two physical properties which influence under experimental ( ) moisture content soil, b amount break-up crumbs. Since A.F. measures resultant effect produced these factors may regarded an index aeration.
