摘要: Silica etching by laser-photolytic products of pyridine allows deposition a solid carbon−Si/C/O/N nanocomposite that was analyzed FTIR, Raman, X-ray photoelectron and EPR spectroscopy, electron microscopy revealed to be paramagnetic composed amorphous CN bonds containing poly(oxocarbosilane)-containing crystalline nanoregions rare chaoite. The heated 650 °C depletes chaoite regions develops silica. described process designates itself for fabrication the or silica nanodomains in composite phase.
