摘要: Eleven organically grown apple cultivars and 11 of integrated production from Austria Slovenia were analyzed by HPLC for the content phenolic compounds in peel pulp. We identified chlorogenic acid, p-coumaric procyanidin B3, protocatechuic (−)-epicatechin, phloridzin, rutin quercetin-3-rhamnoside peel. In pulp, (+)-catechin was also all cultivars. Some other phenols (procyanidin quercetin-3-rhamnoside) could not be or properly separated. With regard to peel, there no differences between production. Organically apples, however, exhibited a higher substances pulp compared with This may due either different genotype source growing technology. Higher concentrations result plant response stress. The contained than represents up 10% whole fruit; therefore phenolsic are greater importance consumer Copyright © 2005 Society Chemical Industry
