摘要: The excitation of the ground state to first excited an alkali atom (Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs) by collision with a He has been studied theoretically in low keV energy regime. electron translation factor corrected multichannel perturbed-stationary-state method was used assuming straight-line trajectory for heavy-particle motion. molecular eigenstates and eigenvalues these calculations were generated from l-dependent pseudo-potential method. Eight states alkali-atom-He system (five Sigma plus three Pi states) have employed close-coupling calculations. results into level atom, LiHe NaHe systems, show improved agreement experimental results, both qualitatively quantitatively, over all other available theoretical results. For KHe system, result shows good accord peak observed at E approximately=25 keV, while approximately 3.5 is only qualitative.
