摘要: Summary. Glycerides containing a fraction of percentage 2,2-dimethyl[1-14C] long-chain fatty acids, the ester bonds which are resistent to action pancreatic lipase, have been fed human subjects. From concentration labelled acid in neutral fat intestinal contents it is possible calculate real extent hydrolysis glyceride esters if assumed that different glycerides absorbed at same rate. The results show as mean around sixty per cent split lumen small intestine before absorption. About forty triglycerides completely hydrolyzed glycerol and remaining partly an cent, giving rise mixture tri-, di- monoglycerides free acids.
