摘要: Abstract This paper focuses on the empirical basis for skepticism about effectiveness of market mechanism in promoting cost-effective energy-efficiency improvements. We present a framework evaluating engineering economic evidence diffusion improvements, and then series examples within this that provide existence imperfections related to energy efficiency. conclude with challenge economists, policy analysts, technologists take seriously sponsor further collaborative research area.
