Isolated tubercular splenic abscess in an immunocompetent child.

摘要: Splenic abscess is an uncommon entity in children, more so of tubercular etiology immunocompetent patients. The few cases reported have usually revealed solitary abscesses the spleen. We present a case 12 year-old girl who presented with fever and pain abdomen was detected to multiple spleen absence any other focus tuberculosis.
