摘要: Most antitumor ingredients found in nature have poor solubility. These are expected to much better absorption and higher bioavailability than synthetic agents. Woody oil emulsive nanosystems carrying poorly soluble natural alkaloids were fabricated (evodiamine (EA) carried by fructus bruceae oil-based nanosystems, or EFEN). Fructus has two excipient-like properties (oil phase stabilizer) that contribute the formulation one drug-like property (antitumor effects) synergizes with effect of EA. The EFEN compared free EA, a blank nanoemulsion, an EA-loaded nanosystem, oil-loaded nanosystem. For first time, this suggests increases sensitivity lung cancer cells can be achieved delivering drugs using woody nanosystems. In study, efficiently deliver alkaloids.
