摘要: Abstract The production of recombinant proteins in Lactococcus lactis is often limited by several process and biological constraints. Recombinant gene expression the P170 system L. triggered at a pH below 6.5 lactic acid accumulation. This work has used static flask, batch bioreactor chemostat studies to independently investigate various factors affecting streptokinase. These are induction strength, complex-nutrient supplementation, specific growth rate cellular response acid-stress termed as tolerance (ATR). In system, strength mainly function lactate concentration. protein enhanced increasing supplementation. However, acid-induced stress-response deleterious effect on productivity. It seen that suppression ATR most predominant enhancing insights obtained from were fed-batch processes, both during complete development ATR. During ATR-development, 25-fold enhancement volumetric productivity was achieved culture, due synergistic combination increased glucose-feed rates addition complex-nutrients feed. A these ATR-suppression gave rise nearly 60-fold increase culture over processes.
