MINIMIZATION OF THE SHAPE ERROR IN THE INTERRUPTED GRINDING PROCESS BY USING TAGUCHI METHOD

摘要: Formos paklaidų atsiranda trūkiame pavirsiuje slifavimo proceso metu. Siame darbe yra istirta disko grūdelių dydžio, gylio, stalo greicio ir skersinės pastūmos įtaka formos tikslumui trūkaus atveju. Eksperimentiniams tyrimams pasirinktas liejamasis plienas GS-C25. Variantų analizės metodu atliktas pjovimo parametrų įtakos rinkinio bei signalo triuksmo santykio įvertinimas. rezultatai parodė, kad procesui daugiausia turi dydis, gylis, greitis skersinė pastūma. Įvertintos ismatuotos reiksmės gana artimos viena kitai, kas rodo, taikant regresine analize sukurtas modelis gali būti efektyviai panaudotas paklaidoms slifuojant nuspėti.
