摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the determination of glycosylated hemoglobins. The glycosylation reaction by sugars proceeds more rapidly with phosphorylated species and is nonenzymic in nature. As intraerythrocytic glucose concentration much higher than that sugars, hemoglobin A Ic quantitatively most prominent species.
