摘要: Abstract Thioredoxins are proteins, typically with a molecular mass of 12 kDa, that widely, if not universally, distributed in the animal, plant, and bacterial kingdoms. undergo reversible redox change through disulfide group (S S → 2SH). Two cellular reductants - reduced ferredoxin NADPH supply equivalents for reduction via different enzymes. The nature reductant serves as basis distinguishing naming two thioredoxin systems, which discussed below relation to their possible application technology medicine. Most discussion is referenced by general reviews. In section dealing animal cells, however, much material quite recent. Thus, there, elsewhere lesser extent, previously uncited studies assigned specific references.
