摘要: A three-step method consisting of steaming-acid leaching-alkaline treatment is used to introduce mesoporosity in a commercially available Al-rich mordenite zeolite (Si/Al = 4.8). It has been found that the sequential results intra-crystalline with pore size distribution centered at around 20 nm. Single step or binary combination among steaming, acid leaching (treated 3.0 M HNO3 solution 80 degrees C for 1 h) and alkaline 0.1 NaOH aqueous 85 2 hardly induces controlled mesopore distribution. Among involved three steps, impact steaming temperature on development studied. The elevation range 300-600 improves susceptibility successive thus enhances formation. Moreover, transitions Si-29 NMR spectra demonstrate an extraction-realumination framework Al species Si(2Al) configuration during synthesis hierarchical zeolite. (C) 2014 Elsevier Inc.
