摘要: High mobility group box 1 (HMGB1), a non-histone nuclear protein, was associated with variety of biological important processes, such as transcription, differentiation, extracellular signaling. As cytokine or inflammatory mediator, more and data showed that HMGB1 involved in diseases, cancers autoimmune disease. However, few focused on nucleic cytoplasmic function HMGB1. Therefore, the present study cancer cells characteristics following silence. siRNAs were designed chemically synthesized, then transfected into breast cell line MCF-7 lipofectamine 2000. The transcription translation level expression, proliferation, apoptosis, migration determined. results demonstrated silence inhibit invasion promote apoptosis human cells; which indicated might be potential therapy targets.
