摘要: Abstract Mathematical models of normal tissue complication probability (NTCP) able to robustly predict radiation-induced morbidities (RIM) play an essential role in the identification a personalized optimal plan, and represent key maximizing benefits technological advances radiation therapy (RT). Most modern RT techniques pose, however, new challenges estimating risk RIM. The aim this report is schematically review NTCP framework advanced techniques. Issues relevant hypofractionated stereotactic body ion beam are critically reviewed. Reirradiation scenarios for or recurrent malignances also illustrated. A phenomenological approach RIM suggested.
