摘要: Multiorganizational response to emergencies and disasters requires collaboration. How improve the collective is therefore an essential question, but not easy answer. In disaster research, normative research with a focus on providing evidence for how professional practice has traditionally received less attention than explanatory ones. The aim of this article, using insights from design science where more common, suggest complementary approach management research. Our approach, which combines experimental applied study goal alignment. Goal alignment among actors often recommended despite literature’s contradictory regarding its effect. We conducted experiment 111 participants, who, in groups three, played computer game under one two conditions (goal or not). results show that aligning goals did outcome game. Although may serve as counterargument implementing interventions, there are concerns such conclusions. These reservations include, limited to, lack validated models use experiments. Nevertheless, our suggested highlight importance testing interventions their effectiveness before implementation.
