In this report, we discuss a rare one: traumatic pseudoaneurysm caused by 14-gauge core needle biopsy 55-year-old woman. She had immediate followed rapid decline the first postoperative week. Imaging studies showed an intraparenchymal 2-cm pulsatile mass with turbulent blood flow upper pole at corticomedullary junction. Angiography following morning confirmed diagnosis pseudoaneurysm. It was coiled successfully, restoration function. Although development is event, transplant centers must be cognizant allograft injuries like one.
