摘要: Smooth pursuit and gaze holding in light darkness was investigated 19 patients with downbeat nystagmus (DBN) 17 control subjects. Vertical downward smooth selectively impaired patients, a visible target only slightly better than darkness. The selective impairment of the poor visual suppression ocular drift DBN support involvement floccular lobe, which participates contains gaze-velocity Purkinje cells on-direction for pursuit.
