摘要: With the continued evolution of satellite instruments and technology, meteorological satellites enable scientists to track long-term short-term variability in climate. Such observations contribute our understanding climate change its impacts. This is necessary for governments decision-makers define implement appropriate mitigation adaptation policies, provide new environmental services. Accurate monitoring predictions start from best possible knowledge state Earth’s various systems, including oceans, land, atmosphere, biosphere, cryosphere. Satellite spacecraft continuous observation solar activity, sea level rise, temperature atmosphere ozone layer, air pollution, changes ice land ice. ‘National needs’ weather forecasts are turning into global needs that transcend political boundaries. Space also allow gathering data on space activity can greatly impact life planet.
