摘要: Aim: The aim of this study was to assess and compare the quantitative qualitative oral colonization Candida species between a group healthy tobacco smokers comparable nonsmokers, investigate possible correlation candidal quantity or duration smoking habit. Methods Materials: Fifty 50 nonsmokers were included in study. isolated using concentrated rinse (COR) technique identified germ tube test API 20 C AUX yeast identification system. Results: Overall transmission 84 percent. from 42 (84 percent) 37 (74 (p>0.05). mean CFU/ml 333 (SD=358) 268 (SD=332), respectively
