摘要: This study examined the effectiveness of increased organizational participative decision making in attenuating negative consequences job insecurity. Data were collected from 807 employees 6 different companies. Analyses suggest that insecurity is related to lower coworker, work, and supervisor satisfaction higher turnover intentions work withdrawal behaviors. However, with greater decision-making opportunities reported fewer compared opportunities.
