Effects of monocular and binocular display flicker on visual contrast sensitivity

摘要: Abstract A short study has been carried out to determine the effect of display flicker on visual contrast sensitivity. For completeness, low frequencies were included, below those which would be used for normal image-display purposes. The results confirm general rule, that binocular viewing elicits better sensitivity than monocular case at all temporal frequencies. It appears a dynamic bi-ocular may possible with no loss
