Particles orally administered carbon seen GC DLT, macrophages within epithelial (M cells). Faults PP epithelium, was positive for alkaline phosphatase, allowed extrusion into intestinal lumen. Immunofluorescence detected more with cytoplasmic IgG than IgA or IgM. Specific antibody production ad DLT from fowls that had received multiple injections horse serum.
