摘要: The authors have measured the electrical conductivity of (Mg{sub 0.76}Fe{sub 0.24})SiO{sub 3} perovskite and an assemblage 0.89}Fe{sub 0.11})SiO{sub + 0.70}Fe{sub 0.30})O magnesiowustite at pressures 45-80 GPa temperatures from 295 to 3,600 K. apparent activation energy for conduction is 0.24 ({plus minus} 0.10) eV 0.20 0.08) assemblage. Comparing present results with those derived previously Fe-poor samples, they find that conductivities both silicate depend strongly on iron content. Thus distribution inside Earth could provide important constraint in modeling composition lower mantle.
