摘要: AbstractPurpose: We investigated 2 evolving concepts in the management of arterial priapism: 1) efficacy perineal duplex Doppler ultrasound as a diagnostic alternative to arteriography and 2) therapeutic expectant management.Materials Methods: evaluated 10 patients with high flow priapism.Results: Compared selective internal pudendal arteriography, ultrasonography was associated 100 percent sensitivity 73 specificity rates. physical examination, followup had 75 percent.
