摘要: Bioanalysis and Biotransformation Research Center, Korea Institute of Science Technology, P.O. Box 131, Cheongryang, Seoul 130-650, KoreaReceived June 15, 2004A gas chromatography/mass spectrometric assay method was developed for the determination persistentorganochlorine pollutants (POPs) in hair. For exact extraction study used hair rat exposed withPOPs. Sonication matrix with 3 M HCl solution methylene chloride methodsstudied most efficient rapid sample prepar ation method. After sonication achievedclean up a solid phase procedure using silica gel-florisil. Elution performed 8 mL ofmethylene chloride. The eluate concentrated to approximately 100 µL analyzed by gaschromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Detection limits POPs were concentration range of0.6-1.2 ng/g Aldrin, dieldrin, p,p-DDT mi rex dosed 4 weeks at 0.01mg/L drinking water detected 2.8, 11.3, 7.9 15.6 ng/g, respectively.Aldrin metabolized dieldrin p,p-DDE, which 9.7and 2.9 hair, respectively. may be valuable analyze inhuman hair.Key Words : Persistent organochlorine pollutants, Hair, Sonication, Gas spectrometryIntroductionThe chlorinated pesticides named as persistent organicpollutants bioaccumulate food chain due totheir lipophilicity persistence, they have become amajor issue research order investigate theirubiquitous environmental occurrence, biochemical toxiceffects, human exposure health risk assessment.
