摘要: The main objective of the preoperative EEG investigation in patients with partial or complex seizures resides providing reliable localization their seizure problem. This task is best attained by means prolonged monitoring which primarily aimed at recording patient’s habitual attacks (Gotman et al. 1985 for review). method can supply localizing evidence deriving from several sources: documentation clinical pattern; ictal electrographic features, ideally including its correlation behavioral manifestations, and interictal abnormalities.
