摘要: Complex regional pain syndrome secondary to brachial plexus injury is often severe, debilitating and difficult manage. Percuteneous radiofrequency sympathectomy a relatively new technique, which has shown promising results in various chronic disorders. We present four consecutive patients with complex for more than 6 months duration, who had undergone percutaneous T2 T3 after diagnostic block. All experienced minimal relief conservative treatment stellate ganglion blockade. An acceptable month was achieved all 4 where score remained less 50% that of initial oral analgesics were able be tapered down. There no complications attributed this procedure reported. From case series, might play significant role multi-modal approach CRPS management.
