摘要: The performance of the 12-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) was tested against a modified version structured diagnostic interview for making DSM III-4 diagnoses, Composite International Diagnostic Interview (CIDI), in population 787 primary care patients, 214 whom were interviewed. Yoruba versions both instruments found to be feasible this setting and inter-rater reliability CIDI good. GHQ-12 showed sensitivity 68% specificity 70% when only cases meeting criteria specific III-R disorders considered. better certain individual overall marginally improved scoring made according revised method proposed by Goodchild Duncan-Jones.
